EB-1 Visas

An EB-1 immigrant visa is for priority workers such as people with extraordinary ability. Extraordinary ability may be demonstrated in a number of fields, including education, business, science, athletics and the arts. Other people who may qualify for an EB-1 visa include outstanding researchers and professors as well as certain executives and managers transferred to U.S. companies from multinational companies.

EB-2 Visas

The EB-2 immigrant visa is for professional workers who have advanced degrees and people with exceptional ability in the arts, sciences or business. This can be obtained based on a national interest waiver, and is judged as it relates to the welfare of the United States, including the economy, culture and educational interests of the United States.

EB-3 Visas

The EB-3 visa is a work visa for professionals and skilled workers. To qualify as a professional worker, you must have the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree. To qualify as a skilled worker, you must have at least two years’ experience as a skilled worker.
