Lindsey H. Steinberg, Esquire - Email Me
Lindsey H. Steinberg was admitted to the practice of law in 2009. She graduated from The Washington College of Law at The American University in 2009. Ms. Steinbergs practice focuses on nonimmigrant work-related visas, including E, H-1B, L-1, O, TN; and, immigrant (green card) PERM applications and immigrant petitions. Additionally, she has experience preparing visa beneficiaries for consular visa applications and applications to enter the U.S. Further, Ms. Steinberg has prepared and helped clients to maintain Blanket L approvals through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and J-1 Program approvals through the U.S. Department of State. She also has advised on U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement I-9 audits, successfully defended Department of Labor audits of H-2B temporary labor certifications, as well as assisted clients with complex employment law issues and drafting employee handbooks.

Andrea L. Smith, Esquire
Andrea L. Smith is admitted to the practice of law in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She graduated from New England Law, Boston with a concentration in Immigration Law. While in law school Ms. Smith interned at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic of Greater Boston Legal Services gaining experience with refugee and asylum law, as well as in Deferred Action Childhood Arrivals (DACA) for those qualified for deferred deportation action. Amanda R. Bossman, Esquire
Amanda R. Bossman is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. She graduated from New England Law, Boston with a concentration in Immigration Law. During law school she interned at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic for Greater Boston Legal Services, where she gained experience preparing asylum cases and working with clients on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) cases. Amanda also worked at the Chicago Legal Clinic and Voces de la Frontera, where she worked with immigrants and family members facing detention/deportation, and worked with state and local law makers to bring attention to issues faced by immigrants in the community. Nicole M. Merida
Nicole M. Merida is admitted to the practice of law in Massachusetts. She graduated from New England Law, Boston with a concentration in Immigration Law. During her time in law school, she interned with the Executive Office of Immigration Review, Boston Immigration Court. She later spent one year at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic for Greater Boston Legal Services, working on complex asylum cases and briefs to the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the Board of Immigration Appeals. After graduation, she represented numerous immigrants and their families in adjustment of status matters before the Immigration Court and USCIS.
